The demonstration is longer and more detailed:
· explanation of the composition of different types of
chocolate
· tempering
· how to produce a " praline "
During the chocolate tasting session, a glass of wine (or fruit
juice if you wish) is served to accompany the chocolate. |

| " Caramel " Visit |
| This is a teambuilding visit. |
The visit can take place only after normal
opening hours
but no later than 5:30 p.m. |
| Organisation of the teambuilding exercise
The group will comprise a maximum of 24 persons and will
be divided into sub-groups of eight
The entire group creates a sculpture in chocolate with the
name of the group or company and the date it was made.
Each participant learns about the composition of chocolate,
the history of chocolate, produces some chocolates and receives
a small chocolate sphere
The chocolate spheres are placed aesthetically on a wooden
base made using liquid chocolate in order to make a large
work of art which will be taken away by the group

| Sequence :
Group 1
-watches the demonstration
-arranges its eight spheres on the base
-makes chocolate shells for the pralines
-visits the museum and watches the film
Group 2
-watches the film
-visits the museum
-watches the demonstration
-places its spheres and fills the pralines
Group 3
-visits the museum
-watches the film
-watches the demonstration
-finishes the sculpture with their spheres
-decorates the pralines
Wine is served to all participants. The pralines are tasted
and the chocolate sculpture presented
End of visit, the team leaves

-with a small bag of the pralines they have made

| " Praliné " Visit |
Learn to work with chocolate
This is a "hands-on" visit for a group of 8 people
maximum and at least 4. |
A possible timetable could be:
· arrival at 5 p.m.
· visit the museum between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m.
· workshop begins at 6 p.m. |
Each participant
· receives a disposable white apron
· can take away approximately 250 g of pralines that
he or she has made
· receives a glass of wine to accompany the chocolate
tasting |
