A) Workshops for adults

1) Workshop "Praline"

Lesson :

Learn how to make pralines.

Each participant :

· receives a disposable white apron
· can take away approximately 250 g of pralines that he or she has made
· receives a glass of wine to accompany the chocolate tasting

" Workshop " programme :

· museum visit (1 hour)
· explanation of the composition of different types of chocolate
· explanation of tempering
· production of pralines
- producing the shell
- filling the shell with hazelnut paste
- sealing the praline by covering it with a layer of chocolate

Duration : 1 hour (2 hours with the visit of the museum)
Tariff : €30 per person
Reservation is mandatory

Number of participants : Minimum 8 and maximum 24
Availability : from 10am till 3pm.
Possibility after the openinghours for a flat fee of 100€.

2) Workshop "Pralines & Truffles"

Duration : 2 hours (3 hours with the visit of the museum)
Tariff : €40 per person

Availability : from 10am till 2pm.

3) Workshop "Teambuilding"

This is a teambuilding visit.

Organisation of the teambuilding exercise

The group will comprise a maximum of 24 persons.

The entire group creates a sculpture in chocolate with the name of the group or company and the date it was made.
Each participant learns about the composition of chocolate, the history of chocolate, produces some chocolates and receives a small chocolate sphere

The chocolate spheres are placed aesthetically on a wooden base made using liquid chocolate in order to make a large work of art which will be taken away by the group

Wine is served to all participants. The pralines are tasted and the chocolate sculpture presented

Duration : 1 hour (2 hours with the visit of the museum)
Tariff : €25 per person including the demonstration, museum visit, a glass of wine and chocolate tasted and taken away.
Reservation is mandatory

A souvenir bag (not included in the entrance fee) : option of giving each visitor a bag containing 500 g of chocolate, a flavoured chocolate sachet, etc.; price according to contents

B) Workshops for children

1) Workshop for children 6 – 9 years

Program :

How to do a drawing using chocolate, with the outlines made of dark chocolate and filled in with milk chocolate.
Make chocolate lolly's covered with dried fruit and smarties.

Included :

Visit to Choco-Story
Paper apron and hat
Chocolate for the drawing
The drawing can be taken at home

Duration : 1 hour (2 hours with the visit of the museum)
Cost : 10 € / participant

2) Workshop for children 9 – 12 years.

Program :

How to do a drawing using chocolate, with the outlines made of dark chocolate and filled in with milk chocolate.
Make large drops covered with dried fruit and smarties.

The drawing can be taken at home
